Canadian orders (1-7 business days) 

All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $49 CAD, otherwise a standard shipping will be a flat rate of $8 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 24-48 hrs. Expedited shipping is also available with a flat rate of $16 CAD per order.

We also offer neighbourhood pick-up free of charge. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

U.S.A. orders (5-8 business days)

All orders in continental US receive free shipping on orders over $49 CAD, otherwise a standard shipping will be a flat rate of $12 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 24-48 hrs. Expedited shipping is also available with a flat rate of $20 CAD per order.

Please note that your purchased product may be subject to customs, duties, and/or other fees. Pink Lemonade has no control over these fees and Pink Lemonade is not responsible for them.

International orders 

All orders outside of North America receive free shipping on orders over $79 CAD, otherwise a standard shipping will be a flat rate as follows:

• $19 CAD per order on all UK and Europe orders
• $21 CAD per order for the rest 
• Expedited shipping is also available with a flat rate of $29 CAD per order.

Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 24-48 hrs. Typical shipping time is between 4 weeks (standard) and 6-12 business days (expedited); however, please be aware that all international packages may experience a delay due to custom clearance and may be subject to customs, duties, and/or other fees. Pink Lemonade has no control over these fees. They are calculated by each country’s customs department and Pink Lemonade is not responsible for them.

If you experience issues with your order, such as delivered damaged products, lost or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery.
